ruby sessions

spiderweb salon’s RUBY SESSIONS project was the next step in the creative evolution of our on-the-air recording series, allowing poets and writers to shine alongside our studio musicians, audio engineers, and ambient noise makers.

the tracks here first debuted on the radio show Brains of Paradise on KUZU 92.9 fm and will be organized and released thematically as audio collections.

most of these pieces were recorded and produced by Conor Wallace in a one-bedroom apartment lovingly dubbed the ruby room, and some with Corbin Childs at Shiny Sound Recording Studio.
